Kaki Ponteng

It's not that I don't want to go to uni.

I do.

It's not that I don't want to be stuck in the lab setting up all the equipments with no one for company except for a decrepit transistor radio tuned to a talkback AM radio station.

I don't mind.

Not being able to leave the lab during the sputtering process as part of the safety requirement; which goes on for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Even more if something goes wrong.

Seriously, I don't mind.

But it was raining outside. And its 7 degrees.

No, wait. 4 degrees.

I don't want to arrive at uni in a shivering mess. My socks would get wet, and when my socks are wet I get grumpy.

You won't like me when I'm grumpy.

I'll still wear a smile on my face. But then, hypothetically speaking, someone makes fun of my helmet hair; I'll be off like Thomas the Tank Engine powered by a nuclear reactor.

Before I forget, Natalie would get wet in the rain.

Here she is getting wet out the back. And it makes me sad.

For those of you mocking at my inability to move on, here's more ammo for you. She looks a bit like Winona.

Pathetic.
